Age Limit: Candidates age should be between 20-27 years for UB SI/ AB SI, 18-27 years for Follower, 18-21 years for remaining all posts. Age relaxation is applicable 5 years for SC/ ST candidates as per rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Degree in any stream for UB SI/ AB SI, Class V passed for Follower, 10+2 passed for Unarmed Branch Constable, Firemen, Driver FM, MPRO Operator/ IRBN Signals Operator/ Mechanic, Class IX passed for Armed Branch Constable/ Driver Constable, Handyman, Battalion Constable including IRBN Constable.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on physical efficiency test, written examination, trade test, interview.
Application Form: Candidates may obtain application form from the Offices of all District Superintendents of Police and Commandants of MLP Battalions and Principal, PTS Mawroh, Shillong on payment of Rs. 50/-.
